Always Obsessed: Sequins
I have been a fan of French Connection for a long time, and they always deliver when it comes to sequins. I recently stumbled over this dress, that has just the right amount of sequins, and would work well for a summertime wedding.

: Dolce Vita Archer sandal vs. Target's Poeske Flat
Target is great at making knockoff shoes that are often priced far below the retail price of the designer pair. Target has the tendency to sometimes leave out original details of the inspiration shoe to make a less costly version.
The DV Archer sandal comes in many different colors, and features multiple colors for each pair, while the Target version comes in only four. I like both sandals for different reasons; the DV's because they have the pop of color and Target's because I always find myself needing plain black sandals. Both would make excellent additions to a summer sandal collection - especially the Dolce Vita sandals featuring neon accent colors.

Marc by Marc Jacobs: SUMMER 2012 @ 2:33 AM
Summer 2012 is bringing out a lot of bright eccentric prints. One of my favorite summer collections is Marc by Marc Jacobs, because he always applies so many colors to his collection, and makes it work. He attacks the bright prints and super high wedge trends with ease, and somehow multiple prints that would normally clash, look as though they were meant to be together. Marc's summer collections always feature colorful swimsuits and sunnies, but he somehow makes them new again by featuring striped swim gear, zig zag bags, and a funky toucan style cover up. I will definitely be adding multiple items from this lookbook to my wishlist!

TRENDING: Loafers @ 2:08 AM
Right now, all I have been searching for are a pair of penny loafers to wear to work. When searching for loafers, I have been looking for pairs that still keep the general shape and design of classic loafers. I love the history of the penny loafer, and it doesn't seem right to buy a loafer that isn't in keeping with the classic design.
Why are they called "penny loafers"?
American prep school students in the 1950's began putting a penny into the slit on the top of the loafer, thus the name penny loafer was born.
These suede loafers by Tod's I became really fond of for a couple of
reasons. The first is that they look so unbelievable comfortable. The
second is because coral is such a hot color this season, and it would be
an excellent addition to my wardrobe.
